In the last 25 years, HYDAM has branched into several multi-disciplinary subsidiary companies. Each company is matched by a skill set of professional in house staff that include registered Architects, Engineers, Construction Managers, Project Managers, site superintendents and an array of construction and management professionals with a combined design, construction, development and management experience of over 125 years. Over the years, HYDAM, in 2007 developed 22 residential condo units, namely of ‘Oak Grove Villas’ in Thousand Oaks, CA. The latest venture being ‘Lonestar Estates’ comprises of 7 Custom and Semi Custom Homes now under construction followed by 9 homes in Phase II entitled by the City of Thousand Oaks.

MOHAMMED B ESA, AIA
President & CEO
Mohammed B Esa is the President and CEO of HYDAM HOMES, LLC and other subsidiary HYDAM Group of companies. He is a highly regarded Architect, General Contractor, Real Estate Developer and business management professional who has successfully developed and helped finance over 300 projects in the past 30 years. With his astute leadership skills Mr. Esa has completed hundreds of healthcare projects along with residential development. Mr Esa is innovative, creative and known for his skills in all aspects of project development. He is dynamically farsighted professional and has been the cornerstone in launching Hydam Homes developments.
During his career, Mr. Esa has been instrumental in a vast array of projects including Surgical Centers, Medical Office Buildings, Senior Housing, Raw Land Developments, Multi Family, Hotels, Retail, Commercial, as well as Residential Projects. He is superbly talented in marketing and structured financing from the very basic to highly complex layered levels of phased developments. His technical skills and experience of cutting edge technological implementations, give Mr. Esa a valid platform to understand market conditions, evaluate future potentials and structure deals on new developments. Mr. Esa has Bachelor of Architecture degree from ‘Jawahar Lal Technological University’, Hyderabad, India and a Master of Architecture degree in Kent State University, Ohio. He is a licensed as Architect in the State of California, is NCARB Certified and a member of AIA.

Senior Construction Manager
Steve Briggs has 35 years of Construction Management experience. In his highly acclaimed and successful career he has been responsible for onsite hands on management and supervision of over 300 medical, residential and commercial projects. He has provided his expertise to HYDAM for the last 14 years and has been solely responsible for managing projects ranging in size from under $1 million to over $10 Million development costs. He is thoroughly knowledgeable about Building codes, OSHA regulatory requirements, on Site Safety Procedures and oversees all projects to make sure that quality and safety become top priority for all new developments. He is experienced in estimating and establishing project costs.
