• 50 to 100 single family home development
• 30 to 200 apartment development potential
• Land Development ranging in size between 2 to 50 acres
• Underperforming apartment complexes that require extensive repair and modifications
• Markets in Southern California, Toronto, or Boston areas are preferred
• Close proximity to highways/freeways and other residential developments
• Lands requiring zone changes and PUD, CUP, SUP permits.
